Customers have consistently praised Co-op Birmingham for its cleanliness, organization, and variety. One satisfied shopper, Suha, highlighted the convenience of the Amazon locker, a feature that proves invaluable for those busy on-the-go days. The store is a quick stop for daily essentials, pairing together quality with accessibility. H W echoed this sentiment, expressing relief at finding a well-stocked alternative to other existing supermarkets in the area.

However, as with any new establishment, challenges exist. Some patrons have pointed out areas that could improve, such as the occasional understocking of shelves. You could almost get what you're looking for, especially the daily needes products. They have fresh and yummy bakery which is available and freshly brought to the shop every morning. The Amazon locker is so helpful, especially that I'm away most of the day and I could collect my ordered item anytime in the evening once I'm back, around ish and ish pm.

We've just moved nearby and what a great little shop! Has a great variety of food, items, lovely fresh bread, household goods and drinks. I was super impressed and very relieved that we can come here rather than the rather grim little supermarket just up the road! The Co-op was clean, tidy, well stocked and has an amazon locker too. Excellent!

Great new store at long last with some of the great core team members from the old store. All doing a fabulous job as always but trying to manage the fact that a lot of shelves remain under stocked. Frustrating for staff and for customers most of whom are very local. Let's all get a strong message to Coop Head Office that there are Tesco stores within walking distance of our new Coop and it's time more regular, daily deliveries were scheduled to help customers and staff alike.

Half customers at the store tonight were without a face covering. I reached out to the manager. The response I got ''I can't enforce them to wear them. If it bothers you, you got to tell them''. Suddenly the pandemic is viewed as something that is bothering ME, rather than the entire country that has been screwed. Ironic how there are signs outside the store asking customers to wear a mask. Poor practice and lack of responsibility.
